For the past 30 years, Todd Vinson has built places where people belong, develop, and lead well. Some were literal: Willow Springs Boys Ranch and Jacob's Ladder Camps and Retreats, where young people were invited into trust, growth, and real responsibility. Others were less tangible: leadership labs inside small businesses, nonprofit teams, coffee shops, and startups, where culture wasn't a word on the wall but something lived every day.
Most recently, Todd founded EÔTÉ Coffee, not just as a roastery, but as a values-driven gathering place. He's seen firsthand what happens when mission and business align, and when they don't.
That experience led to Overlander Consulting, where Todd works with leaders who are good at what they do but looking for something deeper: clarity, alignment, and a more sustainable way to lead.
His book, Mountains of My Mind: A 50-Week Field Guide for Wholeness, grew out of that work. It's a practical guide for the inner life that leadership actually requires, written for leaders who are ready to do more than push through.
Overlander Consulting serves individuals, business owners, solopreneurs, emerging leaders, and teams across the U.S. and abroad, with particular focus on service-oriented industries like coffee, hospitality, and nonprofits. The work centers on what most leadership programs skip: self-awareness, identity, vision, purpose, communication, culture, career transitions, and burnout.
Overlander's Goal is to:
Lead with clarity.
Build organizations worth belonging to.
Focus on identity, over performance.
