The Basecamp Retreat is a small-group weekend formation experience built around the principles and tools of Mountains of My Mind. Limited to four to six leaders, it is not a conference you attend and move on from. It is a roped-in team. And once you're roped in, the whole team moves together.
This retreat, From Breakdown to Breakthrough, is the foundation weekend. You will be introduced to the full toolkit: C.O.R.E. Process, Peace Index, 5 Voices, 5 Gears, 70:30 Principle, and the Support/Challenge Matrix. You leave with a clear picture of where you are and who you're climbing with.
